I am a party planner in the greater Toronto area and have many clients looking for unique chocolate fountains, and candy buffets. Typically, my customers are from toronto, mississauga, Scarborough, so I'm not sure if I should buy and lug it around or rent and have someone deliver? In any case if you have any recommendations or people you've already worked with please let me know.. This doesn't answer your suggestion, but have you ever thought of a garlic sauce fondue with chunks of beef?
