never add cold liquids while you have it running like cold milk b/c it will clog up...add some vegetable oil or some type of oil to keep it flowing...Use the chocolate chips that is used to make candy...

galaxy melts wellI wanted to make chocolate fondue. What is good chocolate to use to melt??
Girards Chocolate it is the Best by far ...
any chocolate that is over 70% cocoa content, not advised to use milk or creamy choclate as it gets too thick with time.I wanted to make chocolate fondue. What is good chocolate to use to melt??
hershey melts really well!!! melting white chocolate sounds interesting too - see if you can get the fountain to go half brown and half white!!!!!!!
Hershey's of course!...instead of putting oil in it try some peanut butter. Good luck!
Ghirardelli is very good.
You don't need chocolate over 70% cocoa. In fact, most people don't like even like the taste near that percentage, but you can be sure it will flow very well. As long as you use chocolate that has 45% or more(dark chocolate), you don't need oil, and it will still have a sweet taste to it.
