Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate fondue using semisweet chocolate morsels (chocolate chips)?

I have a huge bag of semisweet choc. chips that I'd like to use for chocolate fondue, but I have no other varieties of chocolate (other than just plain dry cocoa). Can they be used to make a good chocolate fondue recipe, or do I need some other kind of chocolate to mix in. Recipes would be appreciated!Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate fondue using semisweet chocolate morsels (chocolate chips)?
You can make it with just chips- here is a basic recipe, I like to add a liquer, like Ameretto or Kaluha.

This recipe is for an electric crockpot, but could be easily adapted to a non-electric one.

Ingredients

2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup Milk

1 14 oz Can of sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cake, fruit, cookies, candy etc. for dipping

Preparation

Combine milk and chocolate chips in fondue pot. Set temperature dial to WARM. Stir until chips are melted. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Serve with angel food, sponge, or pound cake, marshmallows, cookies or fresh fruit tidbits
2 cups milk chocolate chips

3 tablespoons heavy cream

2 tablespoons cherry brandy (or you can use Baileys)

1 tablespoon strong brewed coffee (or you can use coffee liqueur)

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over a low flame (or in a saucepan over low heat). Heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Serve at once.

you should just heat up the choco chips in the microwave but make sure you dont burn it. if u feel safer fill a sauspan up with boiling water and put onto about 4 on the cooker top. then put a glass bowl on top of the pan and put your chocolate chips into it and it will melt. when your taking the glass bowl off use oven mitts and be carefull because it will be very hot and there will be lots of steam

good luck :-] x
