Whats a good recipe to make chocolate fondue to dip strawberries in?

i want that type of fondue that when i bite the strawberry the chocolate will be crispy.Whats a good recipe to make chocolate fondue to dip strawberries in?
I generally do chocolate fondue quickly and easily by melting chocolate chips with milk (or cream) in the microwave (heat for about 20 seconds, stir, repeat until melted).



If you want the chocolate crispy, after you dip, lay to dry on a drying rack.



The other option (which would likely produce the most crispy outside) is to buy dipping chocolate in a speciality store.Whats a good recipe to make chocolate fondue to dip strawberries in?
Me and my friend just use chocolate syrup...we warm it up on the stove until it's nice and warm, then we keep it in the pan...so if it needs reheating, we can just turn the burner back on. Sounds cheesy, but it is YUMMY.Whats a good recipe to make chocolate fondue to dip strawberries in?
