Can baked brie be made ahead and then reheated?

Also, can chocolate fondue be made ahead and then reheated? Can baked brie be made ahead and then reheated?
That would defeat the purpose of baking it ahead. It only cooks for a short time and reheating it will cause it to melt even more. Were you following a recipe, wrapping it in pastry or topping it with another ingredient??Can baked brie be made ahead and then reheated?
brie is a living bateria in another words. If you heat it twice you will end up with mold and it won't be very digestive. So Isuggest not reheating it twice unless you want to pay a visit to the e.r. doctor and nurses. Can baked brie be made ahead and then reheated?
Why heat the brie up twice? Just heat it up once when you want it, it doesn't take long. You have to be careful with chocolate. If it gets overheated it will "seize" up. It gets really thick %26amp; globby (if that's a word). Maybe try keeping it warmed up at an even temperature. Good luck.
Brie: I recommend cutting the brie down to a smaller portion to bake. Wrap all of it individually in puff pastry. Freeze what you don't use.

Fondue: Reheat it using a microwave. Zap for 30 seconds, stir, zap for another 30 seconds, stir %26amp; repeat until warm.
