What do you suggest for a fondue night?

We are having a fondue night tomorrow with friends and was wondering what some ideas you have for dipping with cheese and chocolate?

So far we are having bread with the fondue (any opinions as to what type of bread is best are welcome) and we will have normal things like strawberries and banana, but what are some other ideas? What do you suggest for a fondue night?
The possibilities are endless:

Fruit - strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, bananas, cherries, grapes, raspberries, orange slices, kiwi slices

Sweets - chunks of angel food cake, pieces of pound cake, small brownies, cookies, marshmallows

Salty - pretzels, shelled nuts, potato chips

You'll find some really great chocolate fondue recipes %26amp; ideas for fondue parties here:

Cheese fondue is great with breads, veggies, chips, sliced sausage and some fruits.

Chocolate fondue us great with pretzels, fruits, cookies, biscuits and frozen cheesecake balls!

Sourdough, herbed, garlic and dark breads are all good choices because they have nice flavors that will work well with cheese. What do you suggest for a fondue night?
For the cheese fondue you should have sourdough and rye bread with some bite size pieces of sausages or brats.

For the Chocolate you should have the fruit you mentioned and graham crackers and maybe marshmallows.
Cut up fruits like pineapples, apples, oranges, peaches bananas etc. Marshmallows would be fine too.
