How do you make fondue with cocoa?

i NEED some chocolate, and i really want some fondue.

butttt i only have cocoa.

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 2/3 cups white sugar

1 cup water

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract



In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, sugar, water and cream. Bring to a boil and let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.



If you don't have heavy cream its not a big deal use milk or just water.
