What are some easy drink recipes that include Chambord?

I have a large bottle of Chambord left over from a chocolate fondue recipe and I read somewhere that Chambord is best if used within the first 9 months or so after opening it. I don't make many complicated drinks, so I was wondering if anybody knew of some fairly easy drink recipes that include Chambord???What are some easy drink recipes that include Chambord?

Ingredients:

2 oz Peach Vodka

1 oz Chambord

3 oz Cranberry juice

Juice of 1/2 Lime



Pour vodka and raspberry liqueur over ice. Add cranberry juice, and the freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir and serve

Ingredients:

1 can Guinness stout

1 shot Chambord raspberry liqueur

Mixing instructions:

Pour the Chambord in to a mug of Guinness. Swirl slightly to mix.

Ingredients:

1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur

8 oz Cream or milk

Ice

Mixing instructions:

Pour the chambord into a shaker, add cream or milk and shake well. Pour into an Irish Cream mug filled with ice.

Chambord Raspberry Brownies RecipeINGREDIENTS:



* 1 devil's food cake mix (18.25 ounces)

* 2 eggs, lightly beaten

* 1/2 cup oil

* 1/4 cup water

* 1/4 cup Chambord liqueur

* 1 cup raspberry-flavored chocolate chips

* 1/4 cup (about) confectioners' sugar



PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick foil.Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and Chambord liqueur.Fold in raspberry chocolate chips. Pour into prepared baking pan and smooth.



Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature before cutting. Dust with sifted confectioners' sugar before serving.

OOOH! I love Chambord. It is a cordial, so it is usually only a topper to mixed drinks. The high sugar content makes Chambord very much perishable, though probably longer lived than 9 months! Drink it straight, as an appartif, or as a flavoring to fruit desserts such as your fondue. If you prefer drinks, try it as you would kir in champagne, a few raspberries, a measure of Chambord, and the bubbly.
