Fondue Help!?

I need some good ideas/recipes for fondue. We want to do a chocolate fondue and a cheese fondue. any other ideas?Fondue Help!?
I love fondue!



Here is what we like:

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh Mushrooms

Blanched broccoli and cauliflower. (blanced means to cook breifly in boiling water and then plunging into icewater to stop the cooking process while maintianing a vibrant color and some crispness)



Sausage, i like the pepperidge farms brand lil' smokies

for chocolate you can try banana, marshmellows and strawberrys. not too sure bout cheese though good luckFondue Help!?
you could put oil or a good chicken stock into your fondue .

and now you can cook all sorts of meat and veg if you use stock you can put a bit of wine and brandy in it as well .

as you would be cooking a selection of foods so if you use stock the flavour will become stronger as you keep on cooking so do not throw this away when you have finished as this could make a smashing soup or used in a casserole or stew

Those sound good =) Meat Fondue (bourguignon) is a traditional one or Tomato Cheese Fondue would be nice.
