How much chocolate should I buy?

I'm having a girl's night tonight!!! My girlfriends and I are leaving the babies %26amp; husbands at home:)



We're doing dinner and desserts at our one single friend's house. I'm bringing this fondue pot I got at my wedding a few years ago, I've never actually used it. My question is, for 5 people, how much chocolate should I buy? The candy store by my house sells the chocolate disks in 1 or 6 pound bags.How much chocolate should I buy?
I would buy it in a one pound bag,because a six pound bag would be way too much!
