Chocolate fondue?

every recipe I see saids use brandy or corn suyrp is this needed or not?Chocolate fondue?
Crazy.

You don't need anything except chocolate, fruit on sticks to dip in the chocolate and a double boiler, or fondue pot.

Remember that chocolate has a low melting point, around 97 degrees F, so you don't have to crank up the heat blazing hot. Keep it on the lowest setting.

Dip and enjoy.
no brandy, corn syrup-yesChocolate fondue?
Use apple cider (because you need the acids to smooth the chocolate out--that is why they call for it. Keep in mind that experimenting to your tastes is a good thing.

God Bless You
