Does anyone have any really good chocolate or cheese fondue recipes? :)?

i love chocolate fondue :)

melt 2-3 tablespoons butter in a deep pan then add 2-3 tablespoons flour cook on med temp for 1 minute then add about 1/2 cup of good white wine then add 1and1/2 - 2 cups of milk or 1/2 and 1/2 cream mix with wisk until thick then add 2-3 cups of your favorite cheese thats been shreded then just keep it warm either on very low heat or in fondue pot with a candle lit under it then dip with bread cubes or apple slices or crackers and cubed meat (ham,roastbeef)have fun!!
