- Cut the chocolate into small bits, as you boil some water in a big pan.
- Take a smaller pan, put the chocolate in it and add some cream milk (just a little, at first). Dip the smaller pan into the boiling water, and stir the chocolate until it melts, adding cream milk until you're able to take a scoop of chocolate and make it stream nicely back to the pan.

Buy it from them, if you do not temper the chocolate properly you will break the pump and will have to pay for it! Just buy the premade product where you rented the fountain.
