Is there a difference between melted chocolate and chocolate fondue?

This question is really bugging me because i want to make chocolate covered strawberries and I'm not sure if there is a difference. i dont think there is but i'm not entirely sure and I dont know which one to do. thanks 10 pts to best answer!Is there a difference between melted chocolate and chocolate fondue?
I make Chocolate covered strawberries all the time Melt White and chocolate large chips in separate bowls in microwave watch closely and stir after 1 minute on power 6 for my microwave I like belgium chocolate but can use a nice grade chocolate from grocery store, dip in milk or dark first then make designs with the white then dry on wax paper put in fridge. Make these all the time for my neighbors coffee stand .She sells out everyday.Is there a difference between melted chocolate and chocolate fondue?
There can be a difference, for example this recipe http://www.canadianliving.com/food/choco鈥?/a> includes whipping cream and vanilla. But it's also delicious as just plain melted chocolate.Is there a difference between melted chocolate and chocolate fondue?
i do not believe there is a difference. the chocolate will stick either way.
Fondue is a lot more pure while melted chocolate doesnt taste as well
