1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 teaspoon butter

1 cup strawberries

1 package graham crackers

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup fluff

1 cup pretzel rods

1 dozen Swedish fish candy



Bring cream to a boil and add to chocolate chips and finish with soft butter. Keep in a warm place. Spread the peanut butter and fluff on the graham crackers and make sandwiches. Skewer the berry with 6-inch wood skewers and place all other ingredients around fondue.What type of chocolate do i require to put in the chocolate fondue?

it dosnt matter. realy just warm it up on simering water in a bowl and when its ready just enjoy.
Some stores, like Party City or Hobby Lobby, sell fondue chocolate. Milk chocolate with fruit is the best....and mandarin oranges with milk chocolate taste great! Also marshmallows, cake, cheesecake bites, brownies....What type of chocolate do i require to put in the chocolate fondue?

I buy the chocolate discs, I believe they are Morley brand from my local craft store. The are located in the candy making section. They melt nicely and you can choose from Dark Chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, so on. I use them alot for making homemade hand dipped pretzels at x-mas time for gifts and also to make chocolate dipped strawberries...YUmmmmm.

Which ever type you like and want. It doesnt just have to be chocolate though, some people do savoury ones too.
A blend is the best way to go.... I like to use swiss, belgian, a little dark and milk choclate.

I use belgium comes in a big bag like cadburys buttons and add cocoa powder my friend uses asdas own belgium cooking chocolate with a little vegetable oil
