Regular chocolate is fine...just a a bit of cream ( i usually use milk and its skim at that) and keep stirring on low low heat! One of the best fondues I have made was with Toblerone Bars. Try that next time. Have fun!!
There is no such thing as Fondue Chocolate. You can use any Chocolate that you like. Just make sure yu melt it slowly so it does not scorch. You just add milk or cream to get the right consistency.
