How do I make cheese fondue and chocolate fondue?

cheese fondue...cut cheese into small cubes. Coat them with flour, cover with milk (whole)--some countries ie switzerland use beer..low heat and stir constantly. The cheese will melt, thicken without the fat dividing. Its important that it never boils. Keep warm in a double boiler til time to use it.

Chocolate, if using dark fondent..melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and milk to achieve the desired thickness. White and milk chocolate are a little more tricky as if they are heated too much, the get hard again..but the idea is the same. EnjoyHow do I make cheese fondue and chocolate fondue?

First, you need to make sure you have the right type of fondue pot for the type of fondue you want to make. Chocolate fondue is normally had in a small ceramic pot with a tealight and cheese fondue requires a bit more heat. There are lots of different recipes for you to choose from. See below for more information. You can buy pre-packaged mixes or make it from scratch.
