Starting as a small Business (Chocolate Fondue)?

Hi all



Im looking at starting a small business doing Chocolate Fondue,waffle machine,ETC.

does anyone no or have a Company doing this,if so im looking to lease the machines at first.

ill be looking to do all types of events..any help would be great full.

There are some specific waffle mix company's that will give you waffle machines, as long as you use their product. Most restaurants do it this way. But, you must be a licensed food service. All state,local and Federal Government approved.

To run any kind of successful business in this century, you wil need to be able to use the internet successfully not only to research your materials and equipment, but also to research your market and competitors. I would suggest you familiarise yourself with how to use a search engine, rather than asking other people to do this for you on yahoo.



Having said that, you should make a business plan before you do anything - that must cover things such as: what are your costs (fixed and variable), how much business to you expect to do, what will your customers pay you, what market are you aiming for, what regulations (food safety, taxation, registration etc.) do you have to comply with and how much do they cost. Then you will at least have some idea whether you are likely to make any money from your business before you lease or buy any equipment. There are more detailed guides to business planning online.
