What chocolate do you use for fondue that hardens instantly?

I am looking for chocolate to use with my fondue that will harden instantly when foods are dipped.What chocolate do you use for fondue that hardens instantly?
Yuck....that would have to be full of wax. Fondue isn't supposed to be hard. You probably just want some sort of candy dip.What chocolate do you use for fondue that hardens instantly?
I suggest a semi sweet chocolate. It wont harden instant, but it will happened quicker



Note a thick chocolate like german will be slow to melt in fondue. so if you dip it, it will be more creamy like a milk chocolate or a dark chocolate



you may want to try melting 2-3 chocolates or try a cocoa powder in your chocolate for quicker hardening
