What the heck do you dip in cheese fondue?

i know you dip crusty pieces of bread but what else?



its easy with chocolate fondue as you have strawberries, banna's, breadsticks and marshmallows.What the heck do you dip in cheese fondue?
Pretzels, crackers, pieces of cheese, breadsticks, pieces of chicken or steak, stuff like that. Anything that is good with cheese on it. :]
you can do veggies, like broccolli and cauliflower.What the heck do you dip in cheese fondue?
In Switzerland, the country where "fondue" originated, you dip broken off pieces of a "baguette" which is a long and skinny bread loaf which has lots of crust. But of course this applies to the traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue.

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Asparagus
Vegetables, french bread called baguette, sour bread, and tortilla chips
Cubes of bread, especially with a crispy crust, and other breads or bread derivatives like French bread, ciabbata, pitta bread;

Raw vegetables which are compact enough to dunk at the end of a fondue fork - Cauliflower, mushrooms, diced red pepper, carrots, spring onions, radishes, baby tomatoes;

Strips of cooked steak
