So I'm planning to make fondue for my family soon - I was thinking of doing the dark/white chocolate mix (Like a "Yin Yang" at Melting Pot). Problem is, I'd like an entree/dinner to serve before it. Something not too heavy, but substantial, and something that would taste good followed by chocolate fondue. **I DO NOT want a meat or cheese fondue. Something OTHER than another thing that relates to fondue.** I'm no master chef, but I can follow instructions decently, so nothing insane, but nothing like dumping a can of soup on a plate, either. :)
If it includes meat, I'd prefer maybe a chicken recipie? I know they'll all eat that then, because two people I will be serving will not eat red meat(beef, pork, lamb, etc.) I don't know if a salad would be good, grilled chicken, etc. Help?Chocolate Fondue Help?
